A neighbourhood workshop, not a dealership counter
Rimal Motors opened its shutters on Street 8 in Al Quoz back in 2009, when the road outside was still half sand.
My father, Suhail, spent twenty years as a technician for a main dealer on Sheikh Zayed Road before he decided drivers deserved a straighter deal. He rented a two-bay unit, hung up his tools, and started fixing cars for the small businesses and families around Al Quoz and Al Barsha. Word travelled the way it does in Dubai, one recommendation at a time.
Today we run six bays and a proper diagnostics room, but very little else has changed. The same mechanics who started with us are still here. We still call you before we spend a dirham of your money. And we still keep the old logbook by the door, because a returning customer is the only marketing we have ever needed.
We look after everyday cars, German saloons, Japanese SUVs, American pickups and the occasional weekend project. Whether it is a squeaking brake before the school run or a full timing-belt service before a summer drive to Hatta, you get the same answer: an honest look, a clear price, and work we stand behind.
